"I am beyond disappointed with the service provided by the Jessica Hernandez State Farm agency. If you value proactive communication and want actual control over your policies, look elsewhere.
While Angelina and Oscar are very friendly, somehow the ability to get things done just does not seem to exist within this agency.
The most frustrating part is that they are the sole gatekeeper for your policies. You cannot change or cancel anything without their direct involvement. When they decide to stop responding - which happened to me repeatedly - it becomes impossible to manage your own insurance. You are effectively held hostage by their inactivity. In the future, I will be moving to an online service that allows 24/7 updates without needing to wait on a non-responsive middleman.
Key issues:
• Failed Responsiveness: Six months ago, it took nearly a month of follow-ups to get my son added to my policy after he turned 16.
• Cancellation Ghosting: I requested to cancel all policies (Home, Auto, Umbrella) on April 4th. Despite three follow-up emails and a text response with the info they requested, I received zero confirmation. I eventually had to bypass the agent entirely and go to corporate escalations just to get someone to acknowledge the request."
