"Been with state farm for a few years now. In general, they've got competitive prices, and great customer service. Had a total loss recently on auto and they had a very reasonable claim payout. Swapped my home insurance recently to state farm as well, and the process was simple and clearly explained."

"Initially I was happy with the onboarding. However, when I decided to opt out, it had been tough. No response to messages/mails. I need to call but the request might not be processed. I need to check multiple times to get it done. Issue with state farm is that, though they have an app, you need to call agent every time for any small change."
